Digital Candle offers free digital advice from volunteer experts on any digital challenge social sector organisations are facing. As of October 2021 Digital Candle has over 350 experts registered.
Problem to solve
Demand for digital advice via Digital Candle is high.
The service is rated very highly by both charities and experts
But the project is running on a handful of volunteer hours. So the project is way below its potential.
There are three funding options:
1. High ambition - annual cost £85,440
2. Medium ambition - annual cost £51,360.00
3. Low ambition - annual cost £29,280.00
