Mind centres being unable to provide services to beneficiaries whilst complying with social distancing guidelines.
Problem to solve
Each Mind centre is independently run and has its own way of operating - some centres are set up to offer services remotely while others are not. How can Mind National offer a cohesive package of digital ‘tool’ recommendations and upskilling opportunities to the wider Mind network and guide all centres to work more effectively.
